As a Finance Officer, I proactively led and managed key financial and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency across multiple projects. I took charge of bank reconciliations and daily accounting using Sage Line 100, maintained precise records of office expenses, and supervised cash handling procedures. I played a pivotal role in managing customer accounts and liaised directly with other departments  on behalf of clients to resolve queries promptly. Beyond payroll processing, I coordinated meetings, managed the inventory stock register, and provided frontline support by delivering accurate information to account holders. Throughout my tenure, I contributed to the financial oversight of various projects, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and timely resource allocation. My initiative, leadership, and ability to manage delegated responsibilities highlight my strong organisational skills and commitment to driving project success.
